The Lake Chateau – Sleeps 20

Lakefront home featuring a private swimming pool, dock access, expansive gathering areas, and an oversized bunk wing. Large sunroom and multiple dining spaces overlook the water.

The Blanc – Sleeps 20

Six-bedroom lakefront home with chef’s kitchen, pizza oven, boat ramp access for small fishing vessels, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The Noir Barndominium – Sleeps 8–10

Modern lake retreat with sauna, hot tub, open living space, and comfortable sleeping quarters.

The Riviere Skoolie – Sleeps 4

Converted luxury school bus offering a king bed, twin bunks, and a private outdoor bathroom connected to the main sewer line.

Each home offers its own living areas, kitchens, dining space, and outdoor gathering zones, giving your group flexibility and comfort.

A quick note before you book: All guests complete a brief verification after booking, which includes signing a standard rental agreement and placing a refundable security hold on a credit card. The hold is not a charge — it posts as pending approximately two days before arrival and releases automatically after checkout, assuming no damage. Everything is handled securely through our booking system and is standard across all reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary based on season, demand, local events, and holidays in the Lake Granbury area. Weekend and peak lake-season rates reflect increased demand, especially during spring, summer, and holiday weekends. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. Holiday periods and high-demand dates may require minimum stay adjustments. La Maison du Lac is a large-scale, multi-home lakefront compound designed for group gatherings, retreats, and extended stays. The property combines multiple homes along the same stretch of Lake Granbury, creating a rare setup that accommodates large groups while maintaining space, privacy, and flexibility. Guests enjoy access to a wide range of amenities across the property, including multiple hot tubs, a pool, a barrel sauna, outdoor gathering areas, and direct lake access with a dock and boat ramp. The layout is designed to support larger groups comfortably, allowing guests to stay together without feeling crowded. Pricing reflects the size, layout, waterfront location, and overall experience offered. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. The hold is not a charge and is placed prior to arrival, then automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage. This is a standard process across our properties and is in place to protect both guests and the homes. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The combined property accommodates up to 54 guests.
