Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Weekend and peak lake-season rates reflect increased demand, especially during spring, summer, and holiday weekends. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. Designed for large group stays, retreats, and gatherings, the property offers a rare setup with multiple homes located side-by-side on Lake Granbury. Guests enjoy access to a mix of amenities across the property, including a private pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, outdoor gathering spaces, and direct lake access. The layout allows larger groups to stay together while still having space, privacy, and flexibility across multiple structures. Pricing reflects the scale, design, and overall experience offered. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. The hold is not a charge and is placed prior to arrival, then automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage. This is a standard process across our properties and is in place to protect both guests and the homes. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities.
