Lakefront retreat where three bodies of water meet. The Blanc sits at the rare convergence of Long Creek, the Brazos River, and open water, offering a setting that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else on Lake Granbury. Sleeping up to 20 guests across six bedrooms, the home is designed for large groups with a single-level layout, two spacious living areas, a private boat ramp, kayaks ready to launch, and unobstructed sunset views over the lake paired with sunrise views across protected open land. Featured in 360 West Magazine, this is a design-forward destination property just outside Fort Worth.

The Blanc was built for groups who want more than just a place to stay. The layout handles scale comfortably, with space to gather and space to spread out naturally throughout the day. The kitchen anchors the home, fully equipped for shared meals with a dedicated dining area, breakfast nook, and coffee bar that makes slow mornings part of the experience.

Inside, the design is rooted in Round Top, Texas. Antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces are integrated throughout, including a hand-carved statement wall in the dining area and a fully restored carousel horse mounted floor to ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Every piece was chosen with intention. Nothing is filler.

The outdoor experience is where this property separates itself.

Set directly on the water, the backyard is designed to keep groups outside from morning through night. A private hot tub overlooks the lake. Multiple fire pits create natural gathering spaces as the evening settles in. Two gas grills and a cowboy grill anchor outdoor cooking. Kayaks are staged and ready for immediate use, and the private boat ramp allows easy access for small fishing boats and flat-bottom vessels. Ping pong and a putting green round out the space.

This is where most groups spend their time.

The setting adds another layer. Deer move through the property in the mornings and evenings. Birds line the shoreline during the day. At night, the lack of surrounding development creates clear skies, stargazing, and a level of quiet that is increasingly rare this close to DFW.

Historic Granbury Square is just 10 minutes away with restaurants, wineries, boutique shopping, and live entertainment. Warren's Backyard, one of the most popular live music venues in North Texas, is just 2 minutes from the property.

For larger groups, The Blanc can be paired with the adjacent Noir Barndominium to create a private two-home lakefront compound for up to 30 guests. Expanded configurations are also available for groups up to 54 guests across multiple homes.

The Blanc is approximately 45 minutes from Fort Worth and about one hour from DFW International Airport.

Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. This is a smoke-free and drug-free property, indoors and outdoors. Minimum renter age is 24.

This is not a typical lake house. It is a place designed for how groups actually want to spend time together.

A quick note before you book: All guests complete a brief verification after booking, which includes signing a standard rental agreement and placing a refundable security hold on a credit card. The hold is not a charge; it posts as pending approximately two days before arrival and releases automatically after checkout, assuming no damage. Everything is handled securely through our booking system and is standard across all reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates at The Blanc reflect the waterfront setting, the editorial design credentials, and the overall experience offered. This is a 360 West Magazine featured property on one of the most distinctive stretches of water on Lake Granbury, and pricing is set accordingly. Rates vary based on season, demand, local events, and holidays in the Lake Granbury area. Spring and summer weekends, holiday periods, and high-demand dates reflect peak lake season pricing and may require minimum stay adjustments. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The home accommodates up to 20 guests. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. Both are standard, platform-approved processes used by professional short-term rental operators. The security hold is not a charge and is never collected unless there is documented damage. It is placed prior to arrival and automatically released after checkout when the home is left in good condition. This is how we protect both our guests and our home, and it is in place across all of our properties.
