To help ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors:
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM (local noise ordinance)
• Drug-free and smoke-free property (including vapes and e-cigarettes)
• Please park in the driveway only
• Trash should be taken to the dumpster at 1912 Long Creek Ct
• Water shoes are recommended for lake activities
• Pet-free property
• A refundable security hold and signed lease agreement are required after booking

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

• Peak seasons, holidays, and special events are priced higher and may require longer minimum stays. • Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and paid. • A refundable security hold is required prior to arrival.
