Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This is a French château-inspired lakefront destination on Lake Granbury, and pricing is set accordingly. Rates vary based on season, demand, local events, and holidays in the Lake Granbury area. Spring and summer weekends, holiday periods, and high-demand dates reflect peak lake season pricing and may require minimum stay adjustments. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The home accommodates up to 18 guests. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. Both are standard, platform-approved processes used by professional short-term rental operators. The security hold is not a charge and is never collected unless there is documented damage. It is placed prior to arrival and automatically released after checkout when the home is left in good condition.
