The Noir Barndomium Lake House is a premier waterfront property, newly constructed and professionally designed to elevate your vacation experience. The home sits at the point where Long Creek meets Lake Granbury and the Brazos River. It is private with abundant wildlife and some of the best fishing and kayaking this area has to offer. The 16 foot wall of glass overlooking the lake is a breathtaking view from the kitchen and living quarters. Additionally, there is a 12 foot glass sliding door opening the primary bedroom to a private patio and incredible views of the water and wildlife. Early mornings and evenings are the best times to spot deer walking through the brush as well as many species of birds wading in the water. The backyard is a bird watchers paradise! Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
