Jenna brings her creative eye and design influence to each space while continuing to run her retail business, Winton and Waits, a well-loved boutique known for its curated style and attention to detail.   • The Skoolie Outdoor Bathroom – Shower, Toilet
The full bathroom is located within steps of the Skoolie and offers a vanity/ mirror/ sink, toilet and a rain shower (with room for two!) and hot water. The shower has a hand spray in addition to the rain shower feature. There is also a teakwood bench inside the shower.
There are vintage lockers to store extra personal items. Toilet paper, towels and washcloths are provided. The bathroom is encased in a privacy fence with a protective metal roof. There is a lock on the inside of the door for additional privacy when in use. (This oversized bathroom is not located inside the Skoolie- it is a separate structure that is weather resistant but not weather proof)

This converted school bus is 1 open area. There are two twin beds located at the front of the bus. Each has a dedicated light (for reading at night, etc). There is a queen size bed at the back of the bus with an optional privacy curtain available. The queen bed offers a lake view out the back windows

For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Weekend and peak lake-season rates reflect increased demand, especially during spring, summer, and holiday weekends. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. Holiday periods and high-demand dates may require minimum stay adjustments. The Riviere Skoolie is a one-of-a-kind, design-forward stay located on Lake Granbury, offering a unique alternative to traditional homes. This converted skoolie features a compact, thoughtfully designed interior paired with an outdoor-focused experience, including lake access, seating areas, and a private setting just steps from the water. Pricing reflects the uniqueness, location, and overall experience offered. This is not a traditional home and is best suited for guests looking for a more unique, compact, and experience-driven stay. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. The hold is not a charge and is placed prior to arrival, then automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage. This is a standard process across our properties and is in place to protect both guests and the property. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The skoolie accommodates up to 4 guests.
