Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary based on season, length of stay, demand, and local Fort Worth events. A two-night minimum stay is required for all reservations, with extended minimums during peak periods including the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, Dickies Arena events, and TCU home game weekends. This listing is for a combined stay at both homes and must be booked together as a single reservation. Individual home bookings are not available through this listing. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. The security hold is not a charge and is placed prior to arrival, then automatically released after checkout provided there is no damage.
