Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. Holiday periods and high-demand dates may require minimum stay adjustments. The Preppy is a design-forward, amenity-rich property featuring a private pool, spa, sauna, outdoor bar, and dedicated gathering spaces. Pricing reflects the scale, amenities, and curated experience offered. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities.
