Welcome to The Preppy, a bold, maximalist Fort Worth vacation rental created for celebration, connection, and unforgettable weekends. With five styled bedrooms and accommodations for up to 14 guests (per city guidelines), this personality-driven retreat was intentionally designed for girls’ trips, milestone birthdays, and elevated group getaways near TCU, Downtown Fort Worth, and Dickies Arena.

From the moment you enter, layered wallpaper, playful color palettes, vaulted ceilings, and curated textures set the tone. The aesthetic is expressive yet refined — photo-ready, without sacrificing comfort.

The Beauty Bar

The foyer doubles as a fully styled Beauty Bar, designed for getting ready together before a night out. Five velvet swivel stools anchor an oversized custom mirror, supported by two dedicated electrical circuits and ten outlets to power multiple styling stations at once. Bay windows flood the space with natural light, while wallpapered walls and ceiling, neon accents, and built-in bench seating create a glamorous pre-event setting.

Kitchen & Living

The kitchen features KitchenAid appliances and a layout built for hosting. A dedicated coffee station includes two 14-cup pink coffee makers, while multiple dining areas provide seating flexibility:

The adjacent outdoor game room and bar area includes seating for four at the service window, a secondary refrigerator, chesterfield sofa, video games, and a 72” pivoting television — ideal for watch parties and relaxed evenings.

The Backyard Experience

The backyard defines the stay. A private pool anchors the space, complemented by a hot tub, barrel sauna, outdoor bar, snack shack, and a fully styled pool house lounge with velvet seating and layered lighting.

Tucked into the yard, a vibrant pink studio crowned with a restored vintage cupola adds a distinctive architectural flourish — playful, unexpected, and unmistakably Preppy.

Located within 10 miles of TCU, Downtown Fort Worth, Sundance Square, the Historic Stockyards, Clearfork, Dickies Arena, and the Fort Worth Convention Center, the property offers both convenience and privacy. Hawks Creek Golf Club and Winton & Waits Boutique (115 E Daggett Ave) are just minutes away.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary based on season, demand, local events, and holidays in Fort Worth, including TCU events, Dickies Arena concerts, convention weekends, and Stockyards festivals. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. Holiday periods and high-demand dates may require minimum stay adjustments. The Preppy is a design-forward, amenity-rich property featuring a private pool, spa, sauna, outdoor bar, and dedicated gathering spaces. Pricing reflects the scale, amenities, and curated experience offered. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The home accommodates up to 14 guests per city regulations.
