Located in Westworth Village, just minutes from the Fort Worth Stockyards, Dickies Arena, TCU, and the Cultural District, The Preppy delivers a rare combination of privacy, design, and proximity to everything that matters.

The backyard defines it. A private sport pool, standalone heated hot tub, barrel sauna, outdoor bar with service window, snack shack, and a fully styled pool house lounge create a layout that keeps the group outside from morning through late night. A four-hole putting green, basketball court, hammock, and string-lit turf lawn fill the spaces between. The signature pink studio, crowned with a restored vintage cupola, anchors the property and has become one of the most recognizable and photographed features on the grounds.

This is not a backyard you step into. It is one you move through.

Inside, the tone shifts the moment you walk through the front door. Vaulted ceilings, expressive wallpaper, curated textures, and original artwork in every room. Bold without being loud. Designed to be lived in, not just photographed.

The Beauty Bar foyer sets the standard. Five velvet swivel stools, an oversized custom mirror, dedicated lighting, bay windows, built-in seating, and neon accents create a space where getting ready becomes part of the experience, not a bottleneck before it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid appliances, a waterfall quartz island, farmhouse sink, and multiple seating areas designed for groups. Two coffee makers, a dedicated coffee station, and an open layout keep everyone connected whether cooking, gathering, or moving between spaces.

A Pella sliding glass door opens to the elevated deck with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and direct access to the hot tub. Some houses are built. This one was saved.

When this property came on the market, most people saw a teardown. The house had been standing since the 1940s, originally built for families connected to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. Developers circled it. Investors made offers to clear it.

We saw something worth fighting for.

What stopped us were the live oak trees. Decades old, canopied, and preserved by someone long before us. They are the reason the backyard exists the way it does.

What came next was seven months of full reconstruction. Structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, all rebuilt. There were moments the project stalled, moments the city shut us down, and weeks where the only option was to keep moving forward without looking up.

We looked up when it was finished.

Jenna, the designer behind Winton and Waits, brought her full vision into the home. Layered pattern, bold color, Ralph Lauren energy with a Fort Worth edge. We debated parts of it. She won. She was right.

The Preppy is now the most photographed property in our portfolio.

Spring and fall weekends, holiday periods, and high-demand dates reflect peak pricing and may require minimum stay adjustments. Weekend rates typically apply Thursday through Saturday. We do not discount for weather, early departures, or unused amenities. Extended stays may qualify for adjusted pricing when available. Please review occupancy guidelines carefully. The home accommodates up to 12 guests. To finalize your reservation, a standard rental agreement and a refundable security hold are required. Both are standard, platform-approved processes used by professional short-term rental operators. The security hold is not a charge and is only applied if there is documented damage.
